IUB celebrates International Women’s Day

Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) celebrates International Women’s Day 2017 upholding this year’s theme of the day, ‘Be Bold for Change’. The day was marked through different events and activities at IUB’s own campus in Bashudhara, Dhaka. To observe International Women’s Day in befitting manner, School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (SLASS), IUB arranged Programs where Prof. M. Discussion with the Author on her book held at IUB

The School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences of Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) organized an in-depth interactive discussion session with the author Dr. Tamina M. Chowdhury on her book “Indigenous Identity in South Asia: Making claims in the colonial Chittagong Hill Tracts” at its permanent campus in Bashundhara, Dhaka.
