Ms. Rezina Nazneen Rimi, Sr. Lecturer at the Department of English, School of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences has recently participated at the Taylor’s 11th Teaching and Learning Conference (TTLC), 2018 held on 22nd-23rd September, 2018 at Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus, Subang Jaya, Malaysia. She presented a research paper titled “Online Reading Habits of University Students in Bangladesh & its Effects in ESL Classroom” at the Conference. She also took part in three Masterclasses with the keynote speakers:
Masterclass 1: Mr. Jean-François Cousin on “Being future-capable in a VUCA world: How most admired companies and their workforce succeed at it.”
Masterclass 2: Professor David Carless on “Beyond teacher comments: Designing for student uptake of feedback.”
Masterclass 3: Ms. Crystal Lim-Lange & Dr. Gregor Lim-Lange, Future-ready Now on “Connecting to the self, others and meaning”
Ms. Rezina attended the Forum: Building New Competencies for Educators to Meet Future Needs” along with the representatives from different industry sectors. She also participated at the Roundtable discussions with industry, graduates, students and academia, and took part in Lightning Talks.
